Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective: September 25, 2026

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for paid OneStepVideo plans purchased directly from Muted LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Use & EULA.

1. No-refund policy

All payments for OneStepVideo, including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and lifetime purchases, are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review the plan details before completing a purchase.

2. Monthly and annual subscription cancellation

You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time through the applicable account or billing process. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not end the paid period immediately. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current paid term. When that term ends, your account automatically returns to the Free plan and its applicable limits.

3. Lifetime purchases

A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for the OneStepVideo paid features made available for that plan, for the operating life of the Service. It is not a promise that every feature, third-party website, media format, lyric result, or integration will remain available forever.

4. Billing help

If you believe you were charged in error or need help cancelling, email hello@mutedllc.com from the address used at checkout and include your order details. Do not send payment-card details by email.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right that applies to you under law.
